Freedom of speech

An employee whose dismissal is invalid because it infringes his freedom of speech and who requests reinstatement is entitled to compensation equal to the wages lost during the period of eviction without deduction of any replacement income he may have received (Cass. soc. 23 October 2024 no. 23-16.479).
