Dismissal for gross misconduct

Critical and disparaging comments about the company and its directors, sent by text message on a business mobile phone, may justify dismissal for gross misconduct, regardless of the fact that these exchanges were not intended to be made public (Cass soc, 11 December 2024, 23-20.716).
